Specialist care before hospital
When someone is critically ill or seriously injured, the first few minutes matter. YMRT brings additional clinical capability to the scene, supporting ambulance crews and helping patients receive specialist care as early as possible.
We also play an important role in training the next generation of clinicians, sharing knowledge, experience and practical skills to help strengthen prehospital care for the future.
Our team is made up of doctors and paramedics with experience in emergency medicine, anaesthesia, paediatrics, acute care and prehospital emergency medicine. They volunteer their time around their NHS and clinical commitments.
