Yorkshire Medic Response Team is the working name of West Yorkshire Medic Response, registered charity no. 1130941. YMRT is the data controller for enquiries sent through this site.
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message. We may also receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you, manage relationships with supporters and volunteers, maintain organisational records and meet legal or safeguarding obligations where applicable. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without consent.
Service providers and transfers
Contact submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify may process data in the United States and other locations using its published privacy and security arrangements. We use only the information needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, maintain appropriate records and meet legal or accountability obligations. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to processing where the law allows.
